Overview and strategies Metals Group consists of 4 kinds of activity 1. Non-Ferrous Metal Materials Department is concerned with trade of various metals i.e. Aluminium, Copper, Lead, Zinc, and other metals with major role of trader for each metal from world-class metal smelters and producers in many parts of the world. Besides, we invest in the Aluminium secondary ingot manufacturer as well as the electric cable manufacturer. 2. Non-Ferrous Metal Products Department is playing aggressive role in supplying wide range of metal-related products such as Aluminium sheets, Aluminium tubes, Copper tubes, etc. to domestic consumers in several industries, particularly in air-conditioning and automobile accessory industry. The products include products from oversea suppliers and our local joint-venture manufacturers. We are also exporting our J/V's products to the neighbouring countries such as Malaysia, India, and other countries. 3. Information & Communication Technology Department is contributing development of modern technologies for telecommunications in both public and private sectors of the country, which is fully supported by dominant suppliers from Japan. 4. Steel business is transferred to and managed by Metal One (Thailand) Co., Ltd. who was established in July 2003 by Metal One Corporation which is 60% owned by Mitsubishi Corporation. They are handling various kinds of steel products and closely working together with several steel-related joint-venture companies. With our
